Room got locked and I was with my family with my small child, when we were going to check out, I tried to open the door but somehow it was locked and tried everything to open it but it didn’t open then the hotel staff tried to break the door and knocking it with the hammer. After they broke the lock and the door opened it was really frustrating for me and my wife my small baby got really scared as well. The room was almost locked for 3 hours and door was opened by my other friend who was staying in next door.Have also got proof of that with photos.

Location is very good,Food is awesome ,Amenities are perfect but I would like to tell service is not that good like they dont provide perfect information.

Makemy訂房網站 booked this room but when we reached there hotel was already full. We did-not get room and we did-not stayed there. Hotel people arranged another room by charging us extra and room was terrible m. We didn't stay there. I request makemy訂房網站 訂房網站 to arrange refund of the same. How come they booked room at hotel which was already full.

Location is good, nearby to the industries around it. Mostly inhibited by visiting personal to industries. There was a party going on in 1st floor music was loud, hence i requested for change. The manager allocated a cottage which is seperate.

the hotel is much better than expectations i will recommend others to visit this hotel. hotel premises are hygienic and. food is delicious , i enjoy it a lot in the pool too🙈

Very bad experience. Service bad. No cleanliness. Rooms need renovation. From outside it looks good. But inside it's terrible. Rates are very high. As compared to service

Location and outside view was good, but property is maintained properly. Room size was also smaller. The timing of opening of resturant is 7. 30 am and no arrangement of tea was provided in room. However food both non veg and veg was very good. Breakfast was also nicely cooked.
